We also can schedule a video call out of the comfort of your home.  2. Location Selection We have close working relationships with the best real estate agents and wholesalers within the DC area. We will make sure that the property we find will have the amenities you want.  3. Financing Once we know the scope and location, we can work on getting you financed.  4. Scope of Work Now that financing is obtained, we dive into the nitty-gritty details of your custom build. A few examples of what we will discuss are upgrades, a finished or unfinished basement, an office or a third car garage, and many other details. 5. Contract Decisions finalized, and you are excited to get started on your dream home, it is time to sign the contract. Yes, there will be a lot of legal jargon, but we will be there with you if any question arises. 6. Design Our talented team of designers and drafters are working on bringing your vision to life. They will be sending you mockups to sign off on throughout the design process to make sure we are still on the same page. 7. Permitting While the design team is creating your home, we will work with local governments’ for the correct permits.  8. Construction We work with dedicated and professional contractors and subcontractors that take pride in their work. During this process, you will have opportunities to see the progress made on your home. 9. Settlement Get ready for that new house smell! The walkthrough is complete, your house is perfect, and now it is time for us to turn the house over to you.
